Anderson Service and Modern Service have offices in Venice and Fort Myers, Florida. We provide air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs and refrigeration services to homes and businesses from Bradenton to Marco Island. We are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm for routine service requests and information inquiries. We are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for Emergency Services.
Our Service Area includes the following counties:

- DeSoto
- Hardee
- Charlotte
- Lee
- Collier
- Hendry
- Glades
Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Weekends and After Hours: All calls will be taken by a Anderson or Modern Service “on-call” employee dispatcher.
