Flat Rate Pricing
At Anderson Service and Modern Service we offer Flat Rate Pricing to remove the confusion and frustration of additional job expenses when you receive a rate quote from us.
Not every job has the same degree of difficulty, but you don’t have to pay a premium price because of it. When you pay for work by the hour you may end up with slow or inefficient service. We use flat rating pricing so you never pay for slow work. All of our technicians are highly trained and can quickly diagnose the problem and fix it right the first time.
With our flat rate pricing we remove the clock from the equation so our technicians don’t feel pressured to hurry through a heating, air conditioning, plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical job. Rushing through a job can mean that important details are overlooked and sometimes it can cause mistakes.
Our Standard Service Call Fees:
We charge a standard diagnostic fee for all on-site service calls which is payable to the technician at the time of service. These fees are:
Regular Business Hours:
- Residential – $89.00
- Commerical – $99.00
After Hours:
- Residential – $106.00
- Commerical – $116.00
These fees are waived for major work or system replacement if you choose to do the work with Anderson Service or Modern Service.
Free Estimates:
We provide Free Estimates for system replacement and other major work. We will schedule an expert to come to your home or business to evaluate all of your comfort needs and provide you with several options for the work you are considering.
