Modern Service for Home and Business and Anderson
Service for Home and Business are leaders in the Commercial and Residential Service Industry along the Southwest coast of
Florida from Tampa to Marco Island. We service and replace HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Ice Machines, appliances
and more. We are seeking a Sales Engineer to continue developing our commercial presence across the area. Responsibilities: - Generates
new business and ensures growth of existing accounts.
- Assesses potential application of company products
or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs.
- Researches and presents reports showing potential
customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services.
- Provides technical training to clients and
communicates customer feedback into future product developments.
- Uses technical knowledge of product offerings
to support and build sales.
Requirements:
Requires 8-10 years
of commercial experience in the field or in
a related area; must also have a proven track record of growing a commercial customer base. A Bachelor’s degree in an
area of specialty is preferred. Candidate must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The successful
candidate must be organized and detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A working Knowledge of
Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft products is necessary plus Auto Cad and/or
Visio experience is desirable. We offer a competitive salary, and a complete benefits package
