During the
period of the service agreement, should R.L. Anderson, Inc. fail to perform
the required preventative maintenance inspection as scheduled or should
we fail to respond to the service call within the same day as scheduled
by our service department, R.L. Anderson, Inc. will refund the unearned
premium paid for the service agreement for that location. For all multiple
location agreements this statement pertains to an individual location
for a refund. This agreement is in addition to the terms and conditions
of the service agreement.
